A big YES! to the X-T1. Still shoot mainly Canon, but, I just love the X-T1; using it - just looking at it and holding it in my hands. It's my version of having an antique car to play with on the weekends.Thanks for the gear update. Cheers Chris.

Hi Chris yes I agree the lumix S52X is a great camera with a combination of Leica and LUMIX lenses.having switched from Fuji although I’ve not sold all of it yet. Ive also been using Rohan clothing for about 30 years its great stuff and doesn’t need ironing, so great for holidays, Moving to where you are now to be near the Chichester store is dedication as the Guilford one closed! Been using Billingham bags for over 40 years and now use Wotancraft as well recently. Yes I’m old but still enjoy my hobby and life taking images.
Ah, a fellow Rohan user! Love their gear, ever since I stumbled into one of their stores in the cold to buy a down jacket. I haven’t used Billingham as yet, but they look like lovely bags!

I have sold all my Fuji gear except my XT1 and the 18-55 lens a super lightweight set up for landscapes when hiking. Looking forward to your Hebrides videos.

Hi Chris, if you don't know of him, you should check out the work of Yann Arthus Betrand for some aerial photography inspiration. He did a book called The Earth from Above which is worth getting. His magnificent work was done (for that book at least) back before the digital and drone era which adds further interest. Great video as always.

Really Chris... You want some stormy weather. Down here on the South Coast, not particularly noted for its wild weather, it's been the wettest & windyist(?) weather ever recorded over the last 18 months! Roll on Summer... & Sun!
I note your change of gear. I'm sure Lumix is a good choice for videographers. I've recently moved over to Sony from Fuji X, & I've been generally impressed by the equipment & results, particularly the auto focus. However, like you, I've retained one of my favourite, but generally disliked Fuji lenses, the XF18mm F/2, which I bought new back in 2012(?), in the hope that someday I'll repurchased an X-Pro2. (Well I can't forsea Fuji making an improved X-Pro4, that I'd either want, or afford)!
Ooh, I was in Devon last week but it was too sunny for storms…lumix have surprised me at how good they are for still photography. I’m sure the x/pro 4 will be lovely. May even tempt me too…
Love your vids m8 but colours of images just dont look real..very saturated ? Maybe that’s your plugin or style I guess…
