Dont give up. This is where your training matters the most now. Also a good thing to focus on when you feel in a boxing rut is lots of really good footwork training. Smash the footwork drills for a month and see how you feel

Yeah thats very similar to what I did when competing I just finished strength training and roadwork in the morning
