For a cal king I would say minimum 10 to 12 skeins. I used 5 3/4ish so probably double that. Depends on your hook size, tension, etc. 12 would be safe though.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pemier Puzzle Crossword! I made a blanket for my DIL using Creative Grandma's Winter in the Woods pattern. It is gorgeous and I think this pattern would be a great compliment piece to make for my son!
I used Puzzle yarn for loom knitting, but I'm excited by this pattern in crochet. It's beautiful and I love the color of this yarn. Thank you for the wonderful tutorial!
WOW!!!! Just discovered you!!! LOVE your calm soothing voice and video tutorials!!! They are so easy to understand and follow! Thank you!!! I am looking forward to making some lap blankets for the near by nursing home!! Thanks again!!
I've not heard of the leaf stitch until just now. While experimenting earlier with premier puzzle yarn, my attempt wasn't pretty. Your stitch design yields a much better result than what I tried to do.
This is like the sedge stitch except sedge stitch is sc, hdc, dc. It looks like this gives each cluster a little extra bump. I bought some puzzle yarn on clearance, so I might use this to see the difference.
Oh! May we PEEK ? Love to see what’s in the works with the variegated yarn? It’s beeeeeeUtiful!!!! Whoops?! didn’t you say you have something you’re working on in the yard? I may be mistaken I’m sorry lol anxious.!!!
@@cindywood2089 I chained 111 for 45” wide. My blanket ended up 68” long using almost 6 balls of the yarn. Maybe chain 99 then add your two at the end. Any multiple of three will work so if you chain up some and you have a tape measure, measure your chain and decide if it is wide enough for you. Four should give you a great length for a baby blanket. Let me know if you have any other questions.
How many skeins of puzzle
I used 5 and a half ish. So six would be the amount to buy if you are looking to make the same size blanket. Thank you for watching!

I only have four skeins. How long should I make the width to try to get a decent size baby blanket? How big did yours end up?

Hi Ellen! It depends on how big you want your blanket, I used over five for mine. Thank you for asking that question!
I can’t find this pattern. Please help me.
@@catherineengel4720 hello! I do not have a written pattern for this one yet just a video.
How many stitches
Hello! I chained 111, then added two so a total of 113.
