It's odd, I feel such a sense of community just watching this video. The whole town is so nice and friendly and it makes me happy. I just moved by myself to a new place and this gives me comfort.
I used to live in the small artsy town of Gulfport Florida, where many rennies spend thier Winters... It reminded me so much of these videos. Everyone is a true character, everyone has a story, everyone knows everyone... If you're ever lucky enough to find yourself in Gulfport. Be sure to look up the blueberry patch... And go.
Things we can deduce about our character: 1. We are a blacksmith with hair the colour of mahogany (after being dyed and cut to hide our identity when we were caught consulting with Bella) 2. We have a significant other (in the first Babblebrook video where Eva offers us a soulmate's thread we decline saying we are already seeing someone) 3. We possess 2 dragon eggs, at least 1 of which has hatched (hackleberry, and something that is suitable for travel - I'd guess a moonslink given the fact we'd probably make use of their silent movements and lock picking/knot untying ability to get us out of potential difficulties through trying to plot the queen's downfall) 4. Someone who's name begins with either B or D may or may not betray us (-Mrs. Pippetwhistle while reading our tea leaves). Hopefully not Bella, especially as her full name is Bella Donna, and hopefully not Bridgette. Otherwise it is probably Deidre, who we're salty towards anyway. However, the fact that we agreed so quickly to plot with Bella indicates that we probably already harbour hostility towards the queen and may have lied about our job being a blacksmith to hide the fact that we have been planning this anyway. We also may have lied to Willow that we are already seeing someone as given the nature of our lifestyle, we didn't want to explain to her that we are too afraid to seek our soulmate at this present time. Furthermore, as people are consulting with Bella constantly for curses, wasn't it a little strange that we of all people instantly became a wanted criminal? I think we may have been involved in this whole affair for quite a while now. Have we rebelled against the crown before? Are we a runaway member of the royal family? Please tell me if I've missed something.
We are most likely related to the king! There's a theory that we are some sort of hidden sibling or child as we're compared to the king by the handmaidens. This along with Charlotte recognizing our last name probably explains why we're after the queen!

I personally am not royalty and abhore monarchies of all sorts. I am in fact an actual blacksmith by trade. My partner and I are both wanted by the crown but have been lying low for several years now, my partner moreso than me. I travel for my trade and when the opportunity to enact serious political changes came up, I jumped at it. I know who I attempted to curse. I regret nothing there. I think my partner and Bella would either love each other or fight for dominance over The Aesthetic. I’m more sociable than my partner although I tend to be more stoic as well. I am butch and 7 feet tall (Babblebrook is one of our favorite worlds to insert into, and it’s nice too bc that’s what it’s made for)

The Babblebrook universe is literally so complex. It took me nearly 5 YEARS to realise the reason Maybell doesn't recognise us is because Bridgette dyed our hair last time we saw her since we're wanted for talking with nightshade. I just.... And all the stuff with Charlotte and the handmaidens... write films please.
And don't forget about Bridgette showing us the marauder's green hat she left at the Inn...... several videos before the marauder was even introduced. That callback blew my mind.
Creativity is lost amongst even artists today, traded for the realm of copying. She gets it, and she's one of few to create such a wonderfully world where everything has a orions belt of a theme infused into it. Every material, lighting, paint choice, location, and down to the very authenticity of the objects appearing vintaged offers a sense of a specific autumn theme many couldn't replicate.

Watching this has become a fall tradition for me. It gives me such a sense of peace and warmth and nostalgia - just the feeling of being absolutely lost in a fantasy that I have a harder and harder time finding as I get older. I imagine all of harvington sitting at a table in the barn on last year's festival, and Peter breaks through the roof, landing on the table and ruining everything, everyone is shocked, and from one corner someone just says "Way to go, Peter."

Random, but part of what makes your videos so effective is your exquisite word choice. It feels so deliberate, but absolutely natural at the same time. Just really beautiful use of language
I find your ability to completely change, shift and shape your movements, language and overall aura from character to character to be simply stunning. You’re so talented and you put so much effort and work in what you do that it honestly leaves me speechless. You deserve so many more subscribers!
The ungodly cackling that came out of me during "Smeeter's" bit would've had everyone in Harbington blowing their candle smoke in my face. Holy mackerel. "Why do you care so much anyway, do you wanna, like, marry him or something? .... No? ....... Why not?" One of the things I love about your videos (maybe even more than the insanely good production quality) is the care you take with the characters. The dialogue (er, soliloquies?) always feels organic, each character has little quirks and tells in their mannerisms, and there's always some random, unexpected bit of humor thrown in just for giggles. (Like Maybell having a rock in her dragon egg collection, and Nightshade's line about the spirits not harming us because "even if they wanted to, they have no hands.") It makes the characters feel real, and it also just adds more layers to the world you've been building, and it's fabulous. Speaking of character quirks: Maybell giving personalities and backstories to the pumpkins was the best thing. Right up there with her waxing emotional about the left shoe. Needless to say, amazing job here. Just. Dang, my dude. Watching these Babblebrook/Harbington videos gives me the same enjoyment I get from watching Miyazaki films: that fascination with a magical, brilliantly layered world that I kind of want to live in.

I love your use of camera angles. Makes some characters seem shorter than others. Maybelle and the Plant lady have downward angles as if you are looking down on them. Beautifully done with amazing detail and super relaxing!!!!

I like how it seems the traveler is Gender Neutral - and is constantly offered outfits and designs of both Male and Female centers. It seems the people of Babblebrooke do not judge to heavily on your preference, which is really nice.
Whoever we are as the viewer, whether a man or woman, we can feel as though her videos are directed at us specifically. It's part of the brilliance of her videos. I've seen channels made by women but they're for women, not men. But Erin's videos, with only a few exceptions, are made for anyone.
I cannot even imagine how much time and effort you put into this ,but i know it is the best All Hallows Eve that currently exists on the ASMR platform. I find your ability to completely change, shift and shape your movements, language and overall aura from character to character to be simply stunning. You’re so talented and you put so much effort and work in what you do that it honestly leaves me speechless. You deserve so many more subscribers!

The ungodly cackling that came out of me during "Smeeter's" bit would've had everyone in Harbington blowing their candle smoke in my face. Holy mackerel. "Why do you care so much anyway, do you wanna, like, marry him or something? .... No? ....... Why not?" One of the things I love about your videos (maybe even more than the insanely good production quality) is the care you take with the characters. The dialogue (er, soliloquies?) always feels organic, each character has little quirks and tells in their mannerisms, and there's always some random, unexpected bit of humor thrown in just for giggles. (Like Maybell having a rock in her dragon egg collection, and Nightshade's line about the spirits not harming us because "even if they wanted to, they have no hands.") It makes the characters feel real, and it also just adds more layers to the world you've been building, and it's fabulous.
Speaking of character quirks: Maybell giving personalities and backstories to the pumpkins was the best thing. Right up there with her waxing emotional about the left shoe.
Needless to say, amazing job here. Just. Dang, my dude. Watching these Babblebrook/Harbington videos gives me the same enjoyment I get from watching Miyazaki films: that fascination with a magical, brilliantly layered world that I kind of want to live in.

I like how it seems the traveler is Gender Neutral - and is constantly offered outfits and designs of both Male and Female centers. It seems the people of Babblebrooke do not judge to heavily on your preference, which is really nice.
Whoever we are as the viewer, whether a man or woman, we can feel as though her videos are directed at us specifically. It's part of the brilliance of her videos. I've seen channels made by women but they're for women, not men. But Erin's videos, with only a few exceptions, are made for anyone.

There are many hints throughout the videos that the traveller is a female. But they're subtle enough that you can still be immersed as a man.
Yeah the traveller is definitely female, but its not so forced that you cant gloss over it as a man and be immersed anyway.

I'm a professional makeup artist and an avid DIYer and I truly appreciate all the hours and work spent on all the little details in this series. Also this story has me as captivated as if this was a tv show.... But its a t.v. show I can fall asleep too as well(the second time I watch it of course). I can't wait till the next episode and I hope this series goes on and on. Thanks again. And happy late all Hallows eve!
