    INGREDIENTS:
    1st seasoning:
    Coconut Oil: 3 tbsp (divided)
    Cinnamon: 1 inch stick
    Star anise: 1
    Cloves: 6-8
    Cardamon: 12
    Saunf (perumjeerakam): 2 tsp
    Onions: 2 medium, sliced.
    Ginger: 1 inch
    Garlic: 10 cloves
    Tomato: 2
    Thin coconut milk (randam pal): 1/2 cup
    Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
    Salt to taste.
    2nd Seasoning:
    Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
    Whole Kashmiri chilies: 3, broken
    2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
    Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
    Chicken pieces: 600 gms
    Thick coconut milk (onnam pal): 1 cup
    More curry leaves to garnish
