    I have a question. I am a US citizen. I completed my high school education in a foreign country. I have my credentials evaluated. I am confused about how to fill the high school education part of the form. I chose high school graduate then I had to choose the US state and high school I graduated from. How would I complete this section?

    You say to "submit" the student side before doing the parent side. Do you mean "sign" the student side? Because it's my understanding that once you submit it's submitted and you can't do anything else at that point until it's processed.

      Yes, complete and sign the student side and then move on to the parent portion
