Actually you're not allowed to the Mensa Universitaria if you're not a student. You have to register on the app and receive a code to access the mensa. They allowed you without it probably because you were filming or maybe it was too early for the inspectors to be there and they took for granted that a tourist usually doesn't go near the University or tries to eat in a place so out of city center and so little fancy. At your age, you can pass for a student and there are lots of foreign students in Sapienza, so they didn't make a fuss about it. BUT TOURISTS SHOULDN'T DO IT! Moreover, you would literally steal the food from university students, who pay university taxes for that (and we don't pay too much, compared to USA colleges, but that also means that universities don't have so much money to spare).
The prices depending on the wealth brackets, only external people and the people in the highest bracket pay 6,80€, people in the lowest bracket can pay 2,20€ for a lunch
Hi, I got admission in Master's Degree in English & Anglo-American Studies in University of Rome Sapienza. But I wanted Business studies. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY COURSE after joining???? From English to Business studies. Please do reply
Do they have life long learning students? Always hear that Italy 🇮🇹 is aging and running out of young people. When traveling in Slovakia saw Erasmus students from Italy. They wear jackets and carry backpacks identifying themselves as part of Erasmus Europe program. I really like Mario and his coffee ☕️ making.
I lost 10# my first semester because the food was so terrible at our cafeteria-certainly no restaurant! It’s disappointing to see how they don’t reflect the ideals & behavior of the next generation that we’re counting on to “save” the environment that we keep screwing up. We are literally behaving like insane societies: doing the same things over and over but expecting better results-in this case, hoping that people will do the correct things while being shown the wrong things. I truly was hoping Americans had a monopoly on that!
What was the campus restaurant like where you studied? Was it anything like Rome's? Let me know down here 👇
