9:50 idk if I'd read that move by black as aggression against you. They've already shown being a pretty good neighbor after round one, and green had been posturing to combine their stacks - black just got out of the way for them to be able to do so, hoping that you would be chill with them being tall on your border for one round. They could have played it better by sending you an emote or something to indicate that this was just a simple troop movement and not preparation for an attack, but they just didn't quite play that many levels of social all at once.

at 10:46 would it not be better to place your troops in the inner 2 spots to make an 8 stack then attack down with the 10 stack and fortify it to the last single stack to make it so black couldn't break you?

With balance blitz at the most you can lose four versus one is 2 troops. 100 versus one can lose up to 11 troops.
