Parang bahain un lugar kasi sa backyard sobrang lapit un ilog. Karugtong yata yan ilog sa pasig river. Maganda un bahay at nagustuhan ko madaming kwarto at may open balcony sa roof deck na maluwang sa 3rd flr. Sayang kung binabaha sa area.

Di bale na maliit un space ng bahay basta walang alinlangan sa baha at sa kung ano ano pa. Super bet yan bahay talaga sobrang nag imagine ako na nakikita ko ang family ko dyan sa bahay, sobrang dami kong plans.
I like it but imdisappointed for the bathrooms for the bed rooms even the powder room. I like a spacious bathroom.. the shower area is too small.. i like the master bathroom but the other rooms is too narrow and crowded if u put some personal things in it. I also like to have bath tub in the shower area but this batrooms is too small... i like a spacious bedroom as well as bathroom kaso tinipid nyo naman ang bath area ng mga bedrooms i do like to put my hamper in the bathroom. And other personal things but the space is too narrow.. it will over crowd if u put some personal things..
You have to be clueless to think this is a good deal for almost 40m. The spaces are way too small and the materials are cheap. Pozzi fixtures, seriously? Look at the sliding door on the ground floor, so squeaky and it looks like he had a hard time opening and closing it, this is just poor quality.
I agree.. space is important.. it is spacious but there are areas that its too narrow and i dont like it.. specially the bathrooms in the bedroom. The only spacious bathroom were in the master bedroom... powder room is too small... i do love to put my fresh towels within the bathrooms.. a bathroom closet would be preferred as i can store bathroom tissues and towels, hampers and etc.. and also for this kind of house i was expecting a bathroom tub as well in each bathrooms except the powder area..
Nkkawala ng gana khit anong ganda ng bahay kung maliit ang room ng mga house helper at sa laki ng bahay kung may maids room dapat may driver's room din . Dapat ung mga architect ayusin nila mga design nila maging mkatao sa mga room ng kasambahay . Kcng laki lng yan ng dogs house 😅Mas mganda pa rin talaga bumili na lng lupa at magpatayo ng bahay pra masunod ung gustong design.and mas mkkamura pa.

Inspite of limited lot, it's maximized. My fave spot, the pool, kitchen, and the master bedroom's closet and bath. The house needs an elevator.

love the house, but the washing machine, dryer location is the problem... the stairs is too narrow and walls are tight to carry up.
