I saw Merry Noel on your you tube channel and liked it, I ordered the pattern and just finished stitching it. I think it is a lovely pattern. Hope you are feeling better. I understand your frustration with work and how you feel for your team. I've had covid and been tested other times as well, nose bleeds mean she pushed through the cavity and went too deep. You shouldn't bleed when its done correctly even with inflammation. And I don't know if its just because I watch on my phone but sometimes the audio will get really loud and then it goes back to normal and it just cycles loud to normal. Didn't know if you knew. Still love your videos!

The place you work seems to think the employees are worthless peons. You had to work outside in the cold for 5.5 hours, with no heat? And you're a healthcare worker? Sorry but that's unacceptable. Then won't pay you for their negligence? That would have been my last day with them. But your stitching is lovely. I love Quakers and yours looks great.
Unfortunately it seems like this is what they are doing right now to everyone..... it’s insane to me! I love Quaker’s too :) it’s quickly becoming a favorite :)
That's healthcare in general I'm afraid. In EMS we work 24s and 48s. You have to be sick 4 shifts before you qualify to use sick time otherwise you have to use your PTO. That means you have to be sick two full weeks before you can get sick pay for it. And if you don't take off four shifts, you get written up for calling in. But if you take off that many shifts you also have to have full documentation that you were that sick to be off that long. Its a vicious unfair cycle so we all just work sick. You don't have many options.

Oh don’t even get me started on how they are treated!!! And I agree. You either take the write up or come to work feeling like death :(
