I wanna add jelly, zipper and regular a4 style binders to this list! Jelly is not so popular for collections because is not sturdy and doesn't stand up on their own, but they tend to be on the smaller size bc of those same reasons and I personally really like them because you can fully see the first page of your collection, or add a collage and unlike the be on d it won't look opaque. I also like the different colors and styles they come with, but I'd say they're def not made to stand on bookshelves or desks, mine's laid down. Zipper binders can come in either jelly or sturdy styles, but the main selling point is the zipper because it keeps dust away from your collection. Is one I'm interested in trying out because i live in a country with a lot of dust. Lastyly the a5 binders that look like the regular a4, with 3 rings and solid color. I personally like them for my big inclusions because they're the sturdiest, but the less customizable in my opinion. I find it useful to store differently sized stuff, but not for photocards bc they don't get to shine.
Second Mansion and Lucalab are some of my favorite jelly/pvc binders. I prefer the zippers over the clasp and the pvc material is a lot nicer than ones you’ll find on Amazon or Aliexpress.

A5 wide is also my favorite! Fits xdinary heroes perfectly since they're 6 members. I also like how the string is horizontal instead of vertical, and it's looser so I'm not worried about it bending my cards. There's also just something about the a5 wide that makes it feel sturdier than a regular a5
For the A5 wide, there’s another Korean brand called Yudaeng Dotcom that make pocket pages that fit up to a Japanese size sleeve and they also have their own zipper binder. Still not standard size but these stationary brands are getting there lol.
I’m glad a5 binders have become more popular. when I first started buying albums I wanted a small 4 pocket binder since I didn’t want to collect photocards at the time but wanted to keep the cards safe but there were so few options especially for pages but now there’s so many out there. especially glad the hardcover ones are getting more love they’re so much better than the flimsy glittery ones everyone started with and thankfully so much easier to find now (though ngl I was about to gatekeep the lucalab composition binders lol)
Just as your talking about having sleeves that fit certain card sizes. For those who may be unable to get the prism platinum mini tour photocard size sleeves (they sell out so fast!) look for sleeves that are 70x100 because they are a perfect fit. I use this size for all my BTS mini tour sized photocards (and also TXT mini tour sized cards).
I actually use the wide be on d binder for txt, since i collect a couple of ot5 sets and they fit really well! Also, that way some of the postcards fit really well (like from blue hour) in the binder!
I literally just got my A5 binder in the mail! It really is nice to have for my smaller collections.

thank you so much for this video! genuinely ive been debating buying a smaller binder but the biggest thing driving me away was having to buy new sleeves, i didn't know there were 4 pockets that fit regular sleeves so thank you :) ill be buying one soon! also your cat is so cute ❤️
I use prism platinum for most of my collection and I love it. Mine had also filled up but I’m so excited for the thicker size. Luckily I’m located in Australia but if you’re able to afford it I definitely recommend. It’s great for collections of any group and there’s lots of different pocket pages that can fit all kinds of inclusions which I love! 😊
will their A5 pages fit in non-Prism binders? I want to get some pages, but really love the binders I already have...
@@ladyecks613 the prism platinum pages are bigger than normal a5. It can fit on the rings but it could hang out the side of normal a5 binders.
This is completely unrelated to the video, but I just gotta say, I’ve been watching your content a lot lately and it’s really motivated me to pick back up on my collections which have remained untouched for almost a year and a half now due to other stuff going on in my life, but then my ults also enlisted starting at the end of 2021 and I really lost motivation. I do think it’s funny that it’s your content motivating me to pick back up because it was your content that really convinced me to make the jump and start collecting. So really just thank you and I really appreciate your content so much you’re one of my favorite creators on here and I look forward to your videos!

i think the composition book binders feel like they don't hold much because of the sturdier structure. since the beond binder is bendier, it's more flexible thus it is much bigger than it actually seems. the composition one though is just what you see. so the pro to the composition binder is also its con and the con to the beond binder is also its pro.

If I were to use the A5 wide binder with Dragon Shield standard sleeves, I would probably customize my own pages. I'd probably get a 9 pocket, cut off the bottom row and hole punch the sides to fit the six-ring!
I use the composition binders for my blackpink and pobs collections for other group and I use the amifa sleeves for those cause they fit best, but the only negative I have for the composition notebooks are that you can’t fit larger inclusions in them.. I collect the mini posters for stray kids and the sleeves stick out when trying to close the composition notebook… so I had to buy another my collection binder from prism platinum to fit those.. lol but I have 4 B Grade prism platinum binders and I love them! I use them for my jk and Jimin albums pc’s then my bang Chan and Lee know album pc’s then any larger inclusions I collect for them. I enjoyed this video as it was very informative! I’ve been looking for another wider binder so I’ll definitely have to check out the beyond d ones! :)
i ended up getting an a5 for christmas, and i moved all my miscellaneous pcs into it ! the only ult group i have in there right now is svt because their collection is literally 8 pcs rn lmao. it’s so nice to just be able to have all my random cards in one place without it cluttering any other collections !!
i wish lucalab made plain or different hardcover designs bc i love that is has the structure but im not a huge fan of the composition book look. I currently am using amifa brand binders honestly just because a few of them came with the amifa pages i bought
I would love to see them experiment with different cover types as well!! I haven’t tried the Amiifa binders I’ll need to check them out!

does anyone know if standard pages (like the ones used for be on D) fit in the prism platinum binders? im not interested in getting their custom binder pages rn since i have a lot of the standard sized ones but i also don’t want to buy the binder and not be able to use it for a while. HELP
I went to see how much it would be for me to get the the first binder you showed and I went at checkout and bc the items(binder+fillers) were at 30€ I was like “sure,it will probably be at least 10 for shipping”.It was 50😳

Tbh I just use regular binders. I only collect bts. I have 2 regular sized 1.5 inch binders that are bts lyric themed and 1 really big binder. I also have 1 a4 binder for other groups that was originally for sticker storage. I am looking for a new binder for my bts collection because I have a box of pcs. My collection brand binders are too small and too expensive for me. Because of the design and thickness of the pages about 20% is wasted space. I will have to do more research.
I definitely think not everyone is going to love the same setups. I hope you find a new binder that works well for you!!

This was such a great video. I have a lot of the composition binders from Lucalab (inlcuding the Checkerboard one) and love the aesthetic. I haven't used the elastic to keep it closed, because I've actually been worried about the metal part leaving imprints on the cards. I'm not sure if that's just my paranoia though.
I think I might get the Prism Platinum binder (thicker) specifically for my Broadcast and Streaming cards and prints for Jisung. I just have a question about the Prism Platinum pages: can you use standard Dragon Shield sleeves with them? Or do you need to purchase the Prism Platinum-specific sleeves?
im being like completely honest right now but my collection isnt really that big, and i buy albums for like the sake of buying it yk. so in general for my photocards instead of using binders i like using collect books! its small and can fit easily in my bad or anything
I love pretty much everything about prism platinum binders and supplies, however, I would really like to see them do A4 binders but it does seem highly unlikely. I have tried so many different types of binders especially A5 binders and I cannot find one that I like. I collect a lot of groups and for the most part I collect all the members from that group and collect most cards too (not just album photocards) so having A5 binders just don't really work for me unless I want to have multiple per group.
Can anyone suggest a good pocket sleeves, I just started to make/use a binder and I bought sleeves from amazon but turns out its a low quality one and my pc barely fits when in sleeves (i’m using dragonshields japanese size) which brand are good to use for a long time? ;( also I started an A5 binder.
How many pages can you fit in your standard prism binder? i was originally wanting their deluxe deluxe as I wanted everything in one binder but I realised it was 3 ring so wouldn't fit Be on D's sleeves which tend to be considerably cheaper than prisms which now has me torn on what to get now.
i collect blackpink photocards and they have 4 members so it makes sense that I have a 4 pocket a5 binder 🤣
if my collection grows bigger maybe I'll move each member to their own binders
