Yayla Çorbasi in a Idil Yazar style!!! With your touch to make it even more amazing
I was in Turkey last year, lived in Istanbul for 3 months and had a great time traveling to all those exotic with amazing people and food cities. Turkey for me is very mystical like Morocco and India. I’m in love with foods, specially Mezes, kahvalteh, Turkish kahve, Simit, Lokum, many many things about your country I love and will definitely come back for more adventure.
I love your cooking!! I’m definitely going to try this recipe that looks so good!!
Hello Idil, when I was in Turkey I drank an apple tea, do you know how I can recreate it at home?
Hi, apple tea is something that most of the Turks are never even heard of. It is only served to tourists in touristic places with that name. And it is actually not a tea. It is some drink powder called "oralet". If you ask for "elmalı oralet" maybe you can find it in a Turkish market. You cannot make it from scratch at home because it is an industrial chemical process to create that powder.
@@Gb22808 Yes, I saw it in a Turkish shop and had a look at the ingredients, that's why I thought it's better to make it from scratch. It's a pity it isn't possible.
