Awesome and very helpful video. I also vote "YES" for Jule to start her own UA-cam channel. Jule's music, charisma, good energy vibe and looks will for sure attract many subscribers. Especially if she is a local Thai that can include informative videos on cool Bangkok spots, housing, food/drink places for us potential expats is a plus. These types of various information venues coming from a local Thai can very valuable for travelers and soon to be retirees wanting to retire in Bangkok Thailand. I think she would be very successful with her own UA-cam channel.
Absolutely agree with you Carlos, I think Jule will be amazed at how successful her future channel will become. People do not need perfection, people love honest and refreshing content as seen through the eyes of a person who cares about others and the environment and has the courage to share some great moments. 😀
Good morning, I am André from the south of France. Very interesting video, on the other hand I noticed that your friend likes to eat well, she didn't stop the whole video, it was funny and very nice
Thanks for this video. I have been looking for an apartment for the next six months in Bangkok and finding it challenging. Condos requiring a year lease seem to be much more plentiful.
Thanks for the video with you and Jule. You covered a lot of important ground and I will incorporate this when I am ready to rent my apartment in Bangkok.
I have been researching Bangkok as a place to live in the winter. I would hire Jule to represent me and pay her myself. Given the high cost to get there, it makes no sense to not know for sure in advance I have a great place to stay. I have been representing Buyers of real estate since 1990 in Wisconsin and am a huge believer in getting a local expert. Even a shorter term rental is worth the fee to me.
Thanks for the “how to” video. I have found it surprisingly difficult as the words in videos use English and the maps are in Thai. I thought it would be like other countries and I could jump on Airbnb but that turned out to be hundreds of condos with horrible reviews. The one I picked has been my worst airbnb experience across the world so it leaves me concerned how to start things off right. There must be good ways to find nice places and people say they love Thailand but not the people leaving reviews.
Thanks for watching. I think Jule and I might put together a very straightforward guide or series on how to find a place in Bangkok so thanks for the feedback 👍
For when Jule is recommending areas to live it would be great if you could add some text of the spelling for us new to Thailand. You guys are having a normal conversation which happens quickly so it's hard to have a chance to Google the areas she's suggesting. Just a thought...
Thanks for watching. For many countries, you can arrive for 30 days without a visa (called "visa exemption"), however you need to check if your country is on the list. Besides that, you could apply for a Tourist Visa (60 days) and then extend it a further 30 days for 90 days total.
If the money isn't a big deal and someone is coming over for the first time, would an agent such as Jule allow an individual to pay the agency fee out of pocket if they wanted a short-term lease? It might be worth it just for the help and peace of mind.
Hello, I have tried to text this lady on line and on email, but it says that her email address does not exist, same as her LINE account. Do you know her actual line ID thank you
Funny no one talks about the agent fee you have to pay… It’s usually ONE MONTHS RENT. Why isn’t OP mentioning that? So in the end thats 4 months rent you have to put down the day one. WTF…. :/. Agents also want you to rent the expensive places (30K for rent?) GTFO !@#$ off I might as well live in the EU or USA and live in the hottest @@$ crack of the world.
I’m pretty sure I did mention that - and if I didnt mention it directly in this video, then I certainly have in other videos. I also mentioned how I rented my own apartment without an agent and how it comes with some benefits and drawbacks. Nobody is telling you that you have to use an agent, but there are some benefits (especially for someone new to Bangkok)
@@TheEndlessVoyage I’ll be going condo to condo by foot in an area I like and just ask. I’ll be pissed if not. I lived in CM for six months in 2018 and all I had to do was go to the various condos and ask. And maybe you like her so you did this video to push people to go through a agent... Thats possible too... We shall see…
I'm not sure what you're referring to? I'm not pushing anyone to do anything. Just presenting different sides of possible action. In many (if not most) modern buildings in Bangkok you cannot go into buildings and simple get the info on available units/landlords. Yes, I HAVE done it successfully but it's hard and you have to get lucky. Most (nicer) buildings require that you go through an agent, whether it is the in-house agent for that building or an agent from the outside.
@@taccntb4345 You're a complete dunce. Try watching all of his videos before you spew diarrhea of the mouth. Not to mention thinking that 30k Baht is expensive for a room in a major city such as Bangkok when coming from the West. You'd be paying 5x that at minimum in the States for a similar place.

Awesome! I will let her know
I’ll talk dance music over someone singing any day.

Glad it was helpful!
Jule, the best way to address "camera shy" is always remember: editing will save the day.
good to see you back, missed u
You really found a great agent. I live in the Philippines, but I am also originally from Boston, Mass. Small town of Milton.
That’s awesome. Good luck out here in SE Asia 👍

I am planning on moving to Bangkok in at The end of the year. I cannot wait!!!
Get hyped! 🙌
Jule seems awesome and I look forward to meeting her and getting her assistance when I get there at the end of the year.

Thank you for watching
Excellent video! Very helpful and appreciated!
Thanks for watching 🙌
@5:55 - Jule's is good, I think she just needs a better/different mic because the guitar is overpowering her voice

Jule! We need to see and hear your music!!
yes for Jule's video!
Hello, great video. How long can we stay in Thailand without having a Visa? Or do we need a visa past 6 months? Thank you

Super helpful and practical video. Thanks so much for this.
Thanks for watching
YES PUT HER MUSIC ON GREAT VIDEO BTW

Good question. I'm not sure. I'll have to ask her.
Do you have the contact details of the property agent
GREAT GREAT VOICE JULE - Guitar was too loud and out of tune but that is an easy fix-
Music video please!!🎸
Do agents take the commission from the renters / buyers or the owners?
From the owners
Let her sing!
Id like to rent a house maybe 1000 to 1500 square feet
her music sound good
Lol... I'm constantly amazed at how much "grazing" these slender Thai gals can do. Yet they remain petite. Amazing metabolism!
They eat as much as a western woman, but mostly low calories foods. That's why they are slim.
They don’t eat American food, that’s how they stay in shape. Take note Amerifart girls….

hey, unfortunately she recently took a new job. I would suggest searching on DD property!
can you share Jule agent contact. I need to rent a nice place in city center of Bangkok
Is that area where a lot of expat live called (spelled) Tung Law?
Thong Lor 👍
I just wrote about the horrible experience I had with Jule and it was deleted.
I didn’t delete anything. I’m not sure what you wrote but maybe UA-cam’s algorithm blocked it?
30000.
lol.

A one-month agent fee for a one-year lease, yes, but it's the landlords who absorb that. Anyway, why so rude?
