- Claire gutted out our Bohol Countryside Day Tour while dealing with stomach problems. We got to see the Bilar Man-Made Forrest, see a tarsier conservatory, the Chocolate Hills, and ended with lunch on the Loboc River Cruise

okay, the next time you're in the Philippines and you're getting that tummy trouble - I assume the loose type - find yourself a green guava - "bayabas" - it should be firm (not pink and soft). Eat it with salt and you will be plugged up for sure (try and cut out the part with the small seeds). Don't eat many, maybe like one good sized one.

Only knowing about your story, I won't touch any buffets anymore...
I also have a stomach issue. I will give you advice that’s not dangerous to try. When you’re feeling bad, drink cup or two if you want warm water and also you can lay down and try to relax your body by deep breathing.
