I myself have been been thinking about moving and when my client/friend Jalen @LickMyFashion came into town saying he wanted to move to Georgia from Canada, I was on it. In today's vlog, we are going apartment touring for a new home and I give you my opinion about moving to ATL!
There is no doubt about it that I will put my clients in the best luxury apartments Atlanta has to offer for the best prices in their budgets that still give MODERN! I agree because in Toronto under 2000?? would get you a basement apartment or an old, unkept low rise apartment in the hood. Also downtown Toronto is $2800! an up. Its madd over here.

I’m so excited to watch this! My best friend lives in Midtown and has been trying to get me there for 6 years. I visited him 3 weeks ago, and I haven’t stopped thinking about Atlanta since 😩

My brother lives in Stone Mountain, he enjoys living there. I’ve visited a few times, ATL has too much traffic but the houses are nice & pretty spacious.
I’m mean everyone has a different experience living in a ATL but Atlanta def got expensive and it is not the same with ppl migrating from different states
Hey beautiful. I loved the last one. The windows and it curved around. Looking off to the street. I wish him the best. My Daughter lived in Lawrenceville for 3 years. I could live there. Not too much into night life but definitely the restaurant's. ❤❤❤

Hubby and I love Atlanta. We visit from Nashville at least three times a year. My cousin is a dentist there. We always stay in Buckhead :-) And we've met so many celebrities there. Fun times!

I love listening to people who aren't originally from Atlanta as a woman who was born and raised in Atlanta. Its so nice to see the appreciation for my city. Although buyers get more house for their money in the suburban areas of Atlanta. They are 1 hour away , but you will get a lot of house of the money for sure. Where as California you'll pay over 1 million for the same size and style of house in the suburbs of Atlanta starting at 300k I just wanted to share , I know you're mainly talking about the city life as renters. Nice video !

You have to be kidding me right! You're literally looking at a channel that she's curated for years. Content creation has been her passion and career that she has built. She mentioned videos ago that she was getting her real estate license. You don't need to be a leasing consultant, you can be a realtor that helps individuals find rentals and or property to buy or sell. Smh
This isn't pre-80s anymore where people needed to depend on 1 source of income or an employee. As long as she has a plan and learning, she'll be fine.

Please don’t get more people moving here… WE ARE FULL! 😅 and as a Atlanta native. Buckhead is ghetto. It is not as safe as it used to be. Midtown has a lot of homeless people… the metro area is better!

Buckhead is not dangerous. Certain parts are but I was in Buckhead for a whole month and it was AMAZING.
Every city has its own partial crime but where I was staying was peaceful and beautiful!
