Sorry you are going through all of this. Maybe it's best for you to distance yourself from others until you gain the spiritual strength needed to handle those obstacles. It's hard... when you try to do right and others want to keep bringing you down. It's alright to cry and be vulnerable. Just know you are not alone. Stay positive and keep being you! ❤

I started having back problems around Christmas and I thought I had sprained my back but don’t recall 🤔. I work remotely and got a back cushion and foot stool it has helped tremendously with me having to sit long hours at a time
