Great stuff DJ i would love this smg ,but unlikely to get anytime soon as as mainly solo player, i don`t like how massive lock these behind missions , i think in the division 1 they put exotics in the general loot pool if i remember correctly.
would a umbra or striker with hollow point build be doable? with that RPM you would think that the hollow point would add the dps back to the build while aplying a status affect. run sadist more dps on a vector or in sync (i think thats the talent) for both weapon and skill damage.

That last Golden Bullet Event was incredible. I had to rebuild my build with a 2 pc Oneshot (30% handling) to get control of the Oreo 😂 But next time, Now I can run 3pc Bravos (w/ninja bag) for 50% mag size... This is what a 5th year is suppose to be offering it's players. Funny though, we D2 players are a stubborn bunch, we all don't run to the easy thing or newest exploit. We like, what we like. So even with all this new Power we still got Tank players who luv their Vanguard 😂. So there is always Balance in this game. We balance ourselves as a community 👍
Go try true patriot with messenger bag and 3 piece Brazos with a GR9 with frenzy. You get 450 rounds and 3% damage and rate of fire per 10 rounds - this means 45 x 3 = 135% damage and rate of fire. You can also do the same with umbra. The GR9 sounds like a A10 either way.
Yes indeed, this is reanimating Division 2! They make us happy for a short time! People will definitely leave after repeating a million times control points or missions. And I know it, after 5000 hours en ShD 14000. It’s just a matter of time and I’m off
So, need ? Well, aside from the initial purchase at $90 to $140 (for full Wony), and technically 4 years of operable game, say 2-3$/ mo with new content every year plus new weapons and gear sets, I'd argue we don't need new content. Face it - games are not made on the expectation to fulfill professionals that play 8-14 hours a day. It's meant for the average player of 12-20 hours a week, who play multiple games . I moved to Div 1 in '17, Div 2 in '00 . Still play 3 ghost recons, 4 AC, 3 Just Cause.

Agree, low drop rates, bad pairings makes the boros hard to acquire. Wish it dropped in exotic caches or in solo summit.

Things can go even faster with Frenzy and Measured Talang on weapons.
Unfortunately high RPM weapons don't work properly for people who have not the greatest connection. A lot of the damage ends up in the void
