They are finished; they should fit properly WITHOUT the neoprene insert, which means maybe they are a smidge too big, but you didn't get the EEE like I ended up with in the other model but this thin leather is different from cowhide; will be interesting to see how they hold up. In previous episode you said you go thru boots in 8 months, so I guess I would need to know exactly what the issues: Tears in leather; blown stitches; worn outsoles [and inner?]? All the above? Don't know which of those would have been salvageable by cobbler. Perhaps a cap toe would help with the steel toe longevity, but steel toe is colder in winter weather, etc. Once ye get used t' walk in them different, I didn't find it that hard t' wear like some people warned, but neigh on ladders so much, etc. Nick's makes work boots, but I don't know if they would be considered "affordable" for your usage that you mostly prefer semi-disposable or something? I got a similar boot to this from them and had less fit issues than JK brand, etc. [Combined comments for both here now, I guess... I was surprised that RW had much thinner leather than I had come to expect, so herein still neigh the same thick as Builder Pro and don't know what ye will really think about the heavy arch, but which makes more sense w' the logger high heel stack overall.]
Not sure why they went w' the fire outsoles instead the softer ones, or was that just your choice? So many PROMISE wear vids after some time and so few seem t' get posted, so...
Nice boots! Unfortunately $700 is way out of my price range. I've had a hell of a time trying to find shoes that fit lately. It's as if shoes are made for people with feet the size of cigarette butts. Everything seems to be too narrow.
@@EnglandRemoval Facts. I just recently picked up the Bison OTs for $405 (13 5E) with free shipping and no tax. They had the Superdutys (the model in this video but in regular leather) for $360. Been watching JK sales for a while and I’ve never seen 40% off before
The length ran bigger than I thought the width seemed about normal they take a few weeks to break in oil them to soften them then wear them and they will stretch
Great video man! Big jk fan, have 3 pair and couldn’t be happier
Appreciate it! I'm hoping to become a big fan of them too.

I will let you know how they hold up!
great! actually, it would be faster if also made a separate playlist for just the boots!
I was gonna say, because you bought them? 🤣💪
That's pretty much it!

Theres a warehouse sale going on right now, I'd highly recommend checking it out if you can fit $300-$400 in your budget
It's a tough market right now to find good shoes.

Omit the part about $700 and you just sold yourself a pair of boots. Make payments, it's worth it.
