I once had Instagram and Facebook and all those social media and I would constantly check my notifications to see if I got any new likes or followers. It was pretty harmful and actually resulted in poor grades at school because I was studying far less than I should have been.
I ended up quitting all of my social media and I've been a lot more productive and happier since.
