Use home made dahy not from market cause they use more citrus by adding in the milk but if u make it at home it will be less citrus

Admi bimari pad jayega agar aisa khaliya mahine mein 5-6 baar..ghee,dahi aur usme mutton aur tarah tarah ke masale...Isse acha I'll prefer only mustard oil wala mutton woh bhi 1kilo mein only 150-200 ml.

Make lemon-pepper chicken . That is tasty.
You can make simple chicken kasha ( with almost no water added)with simple onion-ginger-garlic- tomato-haldi- red chilli powder-garam masala. Just add a teaspoon kasuri methi just 2 minutes before cooking is finished. The simple addition of kasuri methi will increase the taste much.
Please use wooden spoons. It's terrible and painful sound.
Naa naa...adding more and more water while cooking will dilute the aroma of the meat.Disagree with your prep.
