I like the haleys beauty contour in light. It is also talc free. I am cool and fair and allergic to talc so its a struggle to find makeup that works but this one works.
Absolutely! Granola is sooo expensive at least here in the Seattle area and my family loves it so it’s great to be able to make it in bulk from scratch.😊
Omg, I love rhubarb! Would love to see the recipes. These recommendations are great! I don’t contour often. I’ve got the NYX contour/highlighter stick. I tend to just use a cool bronzer, like the L’Oréal lumi bronzer.
I love rhubarb too and it’s so easy to grow so perfect for my lazy garden 😉 same on contour, not something I use a ton but nice to have when you feel like you need it. The L’Oréal one you mentioned is def another good one for a bronzer. 👍🏻

Yep, me too! It's funny because it looks so pretty and cool in the pan and then it's straight up bronzer on my cheek...like a mood ring or something! The essence one is just perfect and was all I had for years. Otherwise the Korean ones you find online almost always do have a nice muddy cool tone for us thankfully!

For years I’ve just been using the Frisk shade on the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics palette because it’s the closest contour shade to my skin tone that I’ve found (and by accident since I was using it as an eye shadow originally!). I hate when people suggest Fenty’s Amber shade to me… I have it, and it’s only useable as a bronzer. Your skin tone and undertone seem very similar to mine, so I’m cautiously optimistic. Gonna look into getting some of these!

Hopefully the Sephora ones will be creamier...they look like it online...kinda balmy looking...but so hard to know without swatching so I'm anxiously waiting for those to show up in store. I have those Focallure sticks and really love them BUT like you, I can’t swipe them on. I take my brush and dab it on the stick, then apply it and it works much better! Or, I’ll take some and rub it on the back of my hand, which warms it up nicely, and then use my brush to pick it up from the back of my hand and apply it like that. For the brush, I always use the Elf Putty Brush for ALL my cream/liquid products. I used to struggle having every liquid/cream product I used lift my foundation underneath until I started using that brush! It’s just magic! 😂 I also really like the SheGlam Sculpt Liquid Bronzers in Soft Tan for contour and Tawny Amber is a beautiful shade for bronzer on my fair, cool toned skin.
Yes! I was searching for that brush yesterday in my drawer and was so pissed I couldn't find it because you are so right, it is magical. It really does such a good job with cream products that are just a little bit stiff. I haven't tried the SheGlam contour but I actually like a lot of their makeup so I'm not surprised that's a good one. ☺

It really is! For so long I just thought creams/liquids were not for me. I couldn’t get them to work but came the Elf brush! 🤌 I haven’t tried too much from SheGlam. I’ve been wanting to try their balm type foundation but heard such mixed - some love it, some hate it - so definitely seems like something I need to try myself! I tried one of their matte blushes in Night Drive that looked like a beautiful plum shade. But unfortunately, it’s really glowy…not matte at all 😂 Thankfully it’s like a dewy kind of glow and not sparkly/shimmery/glittery kind of glow. And I don’t mind a slight glow. But if it’s too glowy it tends to emphasize my fine lines and I don’t like that! And this one is just sooo glowy! It leaned warmer than I’d like anyways. But I couldn’t believe they called that a matte formula! 🤣 They can’t all be winners though! Anyways, loving your channel! So glad I found you! ❤️

I don't contour too much because i don't want to create too much hollowness, i still have one from Makeup Geek that is cool toned. But yes finding cool toned contour/ bronzer is difficult so these options are great 👍
