This was perfect for mid day when I’m feeling stiff and wanna stretch but need to feel warm . Love your videos and love your song playlists?!? I find myself doing the moves most of the time but sometimes just dancing hahaha thank you again !
Just did this workout 27 weeks pregnant with second baby. Think I've got diastis recti with this pregnancy 🫠 probably due to picking up my 4 year old and my job as a housekeeper. Trying to keep up with exercises to help stop it from getting worse 🤞
Hi! I recently found your channel & it has been so informative! A few weeks ago I started making the mental shift to wanting an unmedicated birth & knowing that my body can do it. This is the total opposite than what I thought when I was pregnant with my first & I was scared to death about labor! I have enjoyed a few of the yoga videos from your natural child birth Playlist but still feel a bit overwhelmed on where to start. I am currently 25 weeks. Is there something you would suggest starting with first?
It’s never too early to start! Ideally exercising through your entire pregnancy! (Although I totally get there may be weeks you feel sick/tired) and it’s also important to listen to your body and rest when you need 💞
