Hello madam Frist I would like to thank you for your yogas program. Mam my problem is last five years ago I was pregnant but know I couldn't reduce my post pregnancy stomach. Please mam how can I reduce post pregnancy stomach can you give some suggestions and tips. Even today my stomach is very bigger than.
This is quite common when you have C-section child birth. Before practicing Yoga, please go for 30 minutes regular walking and then 30 minutes of Yoga should reduce your tummy as well as body toxic or Cholesterol. Please avoid gym workouts.
Hi mam, can u old suggest me how to fix the sinus issue , even after surgery I am not recovered , as the cheeks start to swell n I can't travel , steam inhalation using the carol plus is daily required n in winter n rainy season I. Am using the pan killers I can't travel , sit in AC, irrespective of whatever inhalation of steam using easy breath is a must or else headache starts n face starts to swell , can u pls help me on this
