Korean Style Spicy Chicken Wings

I can't feel my face but I love it! This what Weeknd said about these wings! The majestic Gochujang for Korean Cuisine is our star here! this beauty will leave you in pain but wanting more!
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken Wings
60 g Cornstarch
45 g Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Carbonate
1 Egg
Oil for frying
For the Wing Sauce:
2 teaspoon Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic
80 g Ketchup
110 g Honey
75 g Gochujang
2 teaspoon White Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sesame
Chilli Flakes
Oil Temp:
175 C / 345 F
