Todays' chess game is a bit of an unusual one, the players are not well known in the chess world but this still makes for a very interesting game. We have Terry Davis, a computer programmer, with the white pieces and God Himself playing black.
Sorry about that.
Davis opens with e4, a favorite theory move and God responds with a5, the Ware Defense.
Davis goes d3, and it is at this point that we have an entirely new game. This position defies modern chess theory very early on and this position is already winning for black.
God plays rook to a6, which most would consider a massive blunder. This is giving white extra time to develop his pieces.
Davis plays d4 moving his pawn to better control the center of the board and it was in this position that God resigned the game.
