Thermal for under £1,000 - is it any good?

With this posting being over 12 months old is there much of a change in whats recommended for 1000pound market? Pulsar Axion XM30F still to top choice? and when will we see its next replacement?

It's no good just showing all these thermal cameras -you need to show the images of rats, squirrels and rabbits etc:- in black and white hot at various ranges then they can be compared. Not all of us hunt foxes and it is illegal to hunt deer at night so stop showing all these images in fancy colors!

Some of the comments I have read on your videos reminds me why we need strict gun rules in the UK. I know many can be trusted, but there are definitely some on your channel who I would never want owning a gun.
