Btw, Louis Tomlinson is the only one that kept his accent even recording songs. You could really say it’s British as hell and in some others even his Doncaster accent! He’s lovely!

English is our first language and even we can't understand her
It could also me because she has a strong regional accent that people do not hear that often. when she was talking fast I could understand apart from a couple of words but I am from near the area.

i think what also stands out about the accent is the flat “o” sound. like in “over”, others say “oh-ver”, jade pronounces it more like “oo-ver”. love jade & her accent 💞

I think Perrie is almost similar to Jade's, but Jade's accent is just thicker.
@@theeastwind3020 Yeah it is. Perrie and Jade are from the same area and share an accent. Perrie's accent is just less thick than Jade's but you can notice the similarities in an Alan Carr interview where they talk about their Geordie accents! They take the name Ian as an example
Jade just has a much thicker accent as jade stayed a lot in south shields

As a South Shields boy it's nice to get some love for my town 🙂However, we're not south of Newcastle, we're to the east where the River Tyne meets the North Sea - which means we're actually further north than some parts of Scotland. Also film director Ridley Scott and former Williams racing team owner Sir Frank Williams are from South Shields. I remember reading that the Geordie accent is actually the closest remaining dialect to the original Anglo-Saxon language, and as such a bit of a rarity throughout the whole of Europe. Yay us!!
