I can't connect to wifi. I can't click on the downward arrow to select my wifi so I entered it along with the password and the camera did a scan and is unable to connect? Hmmm.

it works perfect to see what my dog is doing when I am not at home and talk to her when she sneaks on the couch 👌🏼😅 but I notice it takes up a lot of my phone battery, is there a power saving mode or something? So it only turns on when you open the video in the app? A friend of mine has an old version and she has some mode that saves her phone battery.
Set up was very easy. I just purchased the Q3391US. I have two problems. The connection drops after exactly 5 minutes all the time. Also, do you know how to adjust recording time, it seeks to only record 2 minutes and 44 seconds at a time.
If i deleted the recording in my phone, does it delete in sd card inside the cctv?

I’ve just bought a 360Eyes model camera and I was able to add to my cellphone, but I was not able to add an additional without removing mine. Do you know if it is possible to use the camera in 2 phones simultaneously?

On the sign up part it’s asking me for a verification code but I don’t have one can you help?
Monica if you have given them your email address they send you a verification code and then that’s it.
I live in a building with shared internet and it automatically connects to 5.0, I'm trying to connect a 360 camera and in the instructions says that it doesn't support 5ghz only 2.4 but I don't know how to change this configuration. I have no access to the router so I can’t do it. Have you an ideia what could I do?
Most routers that have 5G also have 2.4 G. The camera will automatically select the 2.4g mode. If you have a different password for the 5G than the 2.4G is what would be the only concern.
how do i get it to "ding dong" i have uninstalled and reinstalled it many it many times. i haev reset it and followed your instructions but it times out before i get the "ding Dong"

I bought this yesterday and can only view live feed clearly for a few seconds before my live feed turns pixelated/blurry and impossible to make out what im trying to view. Can anyone help me figure out why this is and what i can do to fix it?

@@perlemellard4744 Unfortunately, no. I contacted customer support on the same day I originally commented on here, who I have yet to hear back from. I purchased this on Amazon, so I will be sending it back this weekend in exchange for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will be better. If not, I will be returning the camera all together for a refund. Good luck to you while trying to get it to work properly!

Greetings: NEbody have idea what droid software works on this? I cannot find 360eye on Play. I only found 360eye Pro whish wants a subscription. I found another older version called 360eye. Again it required subscription, location, SMS, caméra and files permission. After download it wanted a far code to scan and requested ID and CODE. FYI: The APK filename was asian so I could not read it. I dumped the crap and am still seeking software so I can use the camera. This much trouble it is probably spyware. Ideas? Other camera viewing/control software? FYI: I have powered it up and it is broadcasting WiFi.

If you’re sitting part don’t got damage in the inside how can you get it to work
It doesn't give me the ding dong sound but it writes it on the iPhone. When I click on it it starts counting down from 69 instead of saying camera ready like yours. Then it says Setup Failed try other ways :( I did this over and over again with no luck.

I connected it once and it worked, then I disconnected the camera, and couldn't get it to connect to Wifi again. Tried to configure it again with no luck :S

If you change your wifi and password, you need to reset your cctv and connect to your latest wifi or pass.
