It's quite funny seeing on the fake weather report the Hops being in Central Otago :P They're usually grown at the very top of the South Island around Nelson and Motueka (hence the names)

Congrats Martin, what a ride! I have no experience with the clawhammer supply equipment, but how well does the 10gal kettle and basket handles beer like NEIPAs and imperial stouts (11%+) when brewing 5 gal batches and 3 gal batches? I'm close to purchasing the same setup!

A small correctio on the pronunciation of the New Zealand Hops Motueka ... Not Motuka!
As te reo māori is phonetic, it's pronounced Mo-tu-e-ka. Though locals will call it Mot-chew-a-ka (I know not how to write phonetically)
