Great video. I like to up the ante by adding another ball and "juggling" against the wall. This forces you to keep that head down!

Is this drill intended to help improve accuracy of all forehand shots, or only drops and volley drops?

Yes it will help with all shots as it improves coordination but you can do the same exercise on the backhand. You will probably find its mostly helps with drops and volley drops though.
