That would create way more panic for the people in Las Nevadas since they know the mass destruction he can cause. Probably should of still said it since Foolish is not taking this situation too seriously because he has no idea how much Dream hates Quackity

i dont know if foolish or anyone in lasnavadas except for Q and sam know techno was put in there, cause it may cause arguments about if he deserved to be in there or not (casue dream is actually a bad guy but techno just hates gov), but maybe they do know idk lol

Simple. Make a network of tunnels under all Las Nevadas and the bunker in a place near by, but out of Las Nevadas. The entrance of the network can be spread out in a way so there are multiple ways to get in, but you can get lost. This can be solved with a map that only people of Las Nevadas will own.

It's from ranboo during an enderwalk.
drista was involved but dream okayed it (they were playing a gambling game or something). he then took it to ranboo and made a deal that ranboo would claim the shulker box belongs to him, but is on "permanent loan" to foolish. they made a contract and everything. i guess to legitimize its existence? anyway in return, foolish owes ranboo an unspecified future favor (no intentional murder).
