One of the defense experts passed away? RIP. And talking about mitigation doesn’t sound good. Not sure mitigation should be discussed publicly before the trial because it creates prejudice.
I find it inappropriate for hi to be to be wearing civilian clothes. My son whose case was much less serious has to wear his orange jumpsuit and leg and arm shackles. I believe this is infair and unjust. He allegedly kills four people and has more rights than my son whom did not kill anyone! 11:09
The Defense isn't prolonging anything. You literally just heard the Prosecution say they just submitted a huge one drive full of discovery last month, in August, and even they don't know how much of it was new information. The disorganization and delays on submitting discovery by the Prosecution is why this case has been delayed since day 1.
@@shawnrobiders9828 There are many inconsistencies in this case. Even looking at the facts from a practical view, many things do not make sense. The people in the house were not asleep even though that is what LE first told everyone. This has been proven by the PCA in which the surviving roommate stated she heard Maddie & Kaylee talking and playing with the dog, she heard talking from Xana's room and she heard them say "someone is here". Timeline in the PCA is very inconsistent. PCA states that LE believes the murders occurred between 4:00 am - 4:25 am even though the PCA also states the white elantra is seen speeding away from the house on a camera down the road at 4:20 am. Door dash order at 4 am. Xana was on TikTok at 4:12 am. Neighbor's security cam picks up audio of the dog starting to bark at 4:17 am. LE is basically saying that these murders somehow occurred in an 8 minute timeframe. No weapon, no motive and no evidence that BK followed the victims on social media or that he had any connection to them whatsoever. This was even stated in Court. If there was evidence proving otherwise, the Judge would not have allowed this statement to be made on the record. Law enforcement found no DNA whatsoever in BKs car, apartment, office at WSU or at his parent's house in PA which is impossible if he committed the crimes. In fact, if you watch the body cam footage from when he was pulled over driving to PA, you can clearly see his car was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned at all in quite sometime. The coroner stated it was the bloodiest crime scene she'd experienced in her entire career. Blood was dripping down the exterior of the house. Yet, there were no bloody footprints leading outside in the snow and no bloody hand prints on the glass doors. Law enforcement is basically claiming these 4 people were killed in an 8 minute time frame. Its not like the killer would've had time to change clothes and clean up, especially with 2 people still alive in the house. The DNA on the sheath is touch DNA, it couldve been transfered from anything that BK touched. Also, no fingerprints found on the sheath or anywhere in the house. Cell tower pings in rural areas do not accurately determine location. BKs attorney stated in Court, on the record, that they have the actual GPS data from BKs phone which will show he was not in the area the night of the murders. Why didn't law enforcement obtain actual GPS data instead of unreliable cell tower pings? BKs attorney would not have stated this on the record if they didn't have the GPS data showing he was not in the area. The DNA of two other unidentified males was found in the home but law enforcement will not release their identities. Idaho is a huge Aryan gang member hub. They traffic drugs throughout Idaho, Washington and the surrounding areas. In fact, Idaho is where the Aryan gang was started. Maddie's step-mom and Xana's mom were both arrested on serious drug trafficking charges a couple months before the murders. In the weeks before the murders, Maddie's stepmom and Xana's mom received plea deals in exchange for information on the gang's drug trafficking activities. All of this information is 100% verifiable online when you look at the court records. The surviving roommates didn't call 911 until noon the following day. They called their friends to come over before calling law enforcement therefore, the entire crime scene was contaminated. There is no way to determine who and what came in and out of the house that morning before police arrived. Crime scene/house was scheduled to be cleaned before law enforcement had even arrested a suspect. When BK was arrested and Anne Taylor was appointed as his attorney, she filed an emergency motion to hault the cleaners from coming into the house. Why would law enforcement arrange for the house to be cleaned before arresting a suspect? Also, the crime scene/house was torn down before a trail date had been set. Practically unheard in such a high profile case. A police officer involved in the Idaho murder case is the subject of an internal affairs investigation for misconduct and tampering with evidence. And, In 2020, 44 Idaho police officers had their law enforcement certifications revoked because of misconduct by Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training. Since 2002, 486 Idaho police officers have been decertified due to misconduct. Anne Taylor had a previous client's murder case overturned by the Supreme Court because of an Idaho police officer’s false testimony. So, as you can see, there are many sketchy issues with this case. Law enforcement statements have been inconsistent from day one. The Prosecution keeps dragging their feet by delaying turning over required discovery. Crime scene was contaminated. Many situations do not add up. Very unlikely any jury would convict BK because the lack of evidence and inconsistencies do not support proving he did this beyond a reasonable doubt.
