Lots of fruits as well. There is also vaisalo which is baby green coconut meat cook with its juice and sago and there is also koko esi all made with plant base and koko alaisa.

OMG one of my 15 year old twin daughter's decided to to vegan on me and now I have to cater for her as well as a family of six. lol You will be fine in Samoa for that because there is a lot of plant organic food for sure will plenty of fresh coconuts and cream. Fry Breadfriut, kalo and bananas for chips and stack them with palusami for a burger version with salads. Well, that is what I have in mind for my girl's when we're there in June. lol
