Question , Regarding the FB ecosystem: I have a personal page with my personal email, i then have connected to that a business manager and business page both with the same business email, my business page got disabled as it is not a legal entity so i can't appeal that, 1 - am I still good to run ads for clients with the business manager account and personal account , and 2 - If I want to run ads for my agency but my business page is down what would you reccomend?

1. how old do you need to be to verify your facebook account. ive created a business manager and ive been hit with an id check. i don't know that if i accept it, it will ban me
2. if this is so how will i tackle it
3. if i add my team members to my facebook business manager, do they also need to be verified
