At 17:55 it seems as if the two WV gunners pushed and drove the PSU blocker into Saunders, not that the PSU blocker pushed the WV player and forced contact. This seems a curious call and I have to wonder what would have happened had they caused a fumble doing this. It seems clear to me from the angle we see here that the WV players did cause contact with the receiver despite the fair catch.
