I think I've run into a number of cheaters. Most of them seem to be able to block Hatchet kick just a little too well.
And, I I think I have a cheating Kazuya. We've fought a few times, and he had trouble defending against me, but would still say GG. The other day I faced him, and he blocked nearly everything. Won, left, no message. I can't say for sure, but his sudden leap in skill is troubling.
