cooked 4 cups of Basmati rice,
vegetable oil - 2 -3 TABLEspoons,
mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons
urad daal- 2 teaspoons
chana daal2 teaspoons,
dried chillies 3-4 ,
cashew nuts 10-15
cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
green chillies- 1-2
garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
hing/asafoetida -2 pinch
turmeric powder - 11/2 teaspoons
&
lemon juice - from 11/2 big lemons / 6-8 Tablespoons.
