- Today I went to 2 different art stores to try out their curbside pickup for all of my art supplies!

This might sound weird, but I really enjoyed the vibe of this video. It’s not that different from the rest of Chloe’s videos (which are all still amazing), but it was so calming with a fun, little, safe adventure.
P.s. Chloe vs. a mini was quite an interesting rivalry

Yes, do the Blick curb-side pick up. No Blick near me. I’d love to see what you get. My husband and I go to a nearby park every day to get out of the house. I order all my art supplies on line.

Me and my parents sometimes drive about too! It's just those days when you just want to get out house. We stay in the car until we're home so there's no risks.🚗

I'm considered a non-essential employee so the second time I got the call back to back to work I went. We started out as a curbside pickup library but the board of commissioners caved into peer pressure so now we are open for "limited services" and it is just a struggle of reminding people to wear masks PROPERLY.
I actually didn’t even see that sponsorship coming. She was just talking so naturally. Big fan. Didn’t feel forced.

When you said half an hour apart I got really grateful that I have a Hobby Lobby, Michaels and JoAnns all within 7 minutes of me and near each other.
Same with me except mine are all 3 minutes away from eachother lmao.
I love the level of brightness your room is at for parts of this video. It feels really gentle on my eyes (it's midnight here). I know people usually try to keep their background bright, but I love this dim atmosphere 😊
I appreciate it too! I often watch videos in the evening. I have to wait when watching some UA-cam channels bc of them being so bright even when with blue filter on etc.

Chloe, while I love the crafty part of this video, I can’t thank you enough for being so COVID-friendly. We work together to do the “little things” (wearing and storing our masks properly, washing hands, generally being careful) and it makes a big difference. 💜💜
It’s insane watching this from Sweden. We never had a lockdown and all places are open. I always commute to school with buss and occasional I see someone with a mask but the vast majority don’t wear one.
That's because American's don't care about covid, the trumpies think it's fake and that a mask is a hindrance on their rights. This country is a joke.

@@Lo-tn1vz but the option isn't actually there? Moving to a different country costs A LOT of money and there's a lot of legal paper work involved.
Here in Norway we don't have crazy bad restrictions. I went on a shopping trip to the city centre today, and got some fabric for facemasks from my fav craft store (Panduro in Bergen). Masks are still not mandatory in public if you can keep at least 1 m apart, but I wore mine for the most part anyway. I'm hoping that you all keep safe and healthy!

I LOVE the water based oils. I've been using them for several years now. They're not a perfect copy of high quality oils, but they're close. They also don't stink up the house. During the winter in a small house it's wonderful being able to clean up my brushes with water (and still use oils.)

I've been doing curbside pickup for groceries and I LOVE it, 20 minutes round trip and I actually spend less because fewer impulse buys. Every now and then my husband and I do go in though, it's kind of a thing for us and quite frankly it helps with the isolation, even if it's during slow hours and self check out. I haven't had much luck with buy online/pick up art supplies, things tend to end up not what I expected. Side note, personally I would love to see a greenscreen store trip, as long as it'd be way ridiculously overexaggerated. Maybe a sibling acting out the shelves, handing in (already owned) items from off-screen.

Im so glad the stores I get my supplies from have been open for months, I try to go inside as much as possible even thou I can get them cheaper online. Its nice to have human contact finally.

Thank u for this video, I miss going into a Michaels too, I’m so grateful for curbside service, I usually just stay in the car and show them everything thru the window (ID, email, or app) so it’s contactless, they usually accept that, Im happy u and ur family are staying safe 😷
omg yes.... I also suffer from looking at screens quite horribly... I got myself some bluelight glasses as well and almost instantly felt the improvement... before them I would literally get sick from looking/working at a screen (like a full 2-3 days being dizzy, lightheaded and feeling like you are going to throw up any moment) and yeah... it also triggered my migraine so.... having glasses that filter bluelight is really a game changer! especially with studying via homeoffice....

Sweet Chloe. I live in Canada. I go into Micheals about 3 times every other week and I don't have a problem going inside. Here's what you do.. I wear gloves and take them off as soon as I get out of the store...not only protect my hands, but it is a reminder not to touch my face.. I wear 2 masks over top of one another,one is cloth, the other is surgical..throw out the surgical one after...when I get home, I spray the shit out of my products with disinfectant, wait and clean them with a paper towel. Wash hands really well. I am not afraid to do this, even though I have Lupus. You can do it girl!!

It's great to see how the curbside pick up works as we don't have this. Love your videos and your humour! Hope your safe and well, your not the only one who gets annoyed when people don't wear their mask correctly. I would also be the same when driving when taking back over the mini 😂
i like to paint on those wooden coasters and cover them with resin afterward so I can still use them as coasters! Highly recommend!

Thank you for sharing your purchases with us! Most of my supplies are ordered on line and delivered to my door. I use alcohol wipes to wipe everything down and then wash my hands. I do go grocery shopping in store and wiper everything down when I get home. wash my hands and change my clothes. I always wear a mask and stay away from people.

I do lots of grocery pickup. We have a drive-up window at the library for picking up holds. I usually order what I can online but I've done that for years. I works nights so it's easier for me. Curbside pickup is great for my schedule so I'm glad more places are doing it. I only go in the store for things they don't do at curbside pickup, like toilet paper or clearance items.
