That CW division was at the time probably the most stacked in boxing, for at least a couple of years. Usyk beat em all convincingly and in enemy territory. Sad that CW now is kinda empty and lame compared to that era.
The fact that Usyk’s legs can still hold up with that type of movement at 37 years old. When Fury realizes he got hit by 50% of Usyk’s power punches, he’ll come to realization that he didn’t win.

It is okay for super heavy weight boxers to be that age, after 30 its only when their prime shape begun with - at lower weights 30-35 it is a veteran fighter. Thank you, Mighty Legend for doing this content. Usyk was in very good shape at this amazing fight.
One thing about Usyk - he started doing boxing when he was 15 or 16 years old. In Ukraine it is considered as "late" if the goal is to achieve high success as an amateur boxer. Well, he proved them wrong. And i think, this "late" start gave him kinda few more additional years of his pro carrier - since his body didnt get through hard training since he was 5 or 6 as Lomachenko did, for example.

It is amazing how Usyk was able to discourage the habitual dirty tactics that Fury usually implements. There were some borderline illegal moves but it wasn't as impact full ass traditionally is in Fury's favor.
Usyk is defo an all-time great. Boxing is such a longtime sport that it's not possible to pick individual GOATs objectively, but you can sorta group them into tiers based on both the achievements and the context. I feel Usyk is in the same tier as Floyd, Ray Leonard, etc. The tier below would be guys like Hearns, Wilfred Benitez, Pacquiao and JMM, etc. The tier above would be Duran, Ali, Robinson, Langford.

Great breakdown, however we don’t know who is next fight will be yet bc Dubois is still scheduled to fight parker. If he loses I imagine parker will be fighting usyk next.
It is amazing how Usyk was able to discourage the habitual dirty tactics that Fury usually implements. There were some borderline illegal moves but it wasn't as impact full ass traditionally is in Fury's favor.

Usyk is defo an all-time great. Boxing is such a longtime sport that it's not possible to pick individual GOATs objectively, but you can sorta group them into tiers based on both the achievements and the context.
I feel Usyk is in the same tier as Floyd, Ray Leonard, etc. The tier below would be guys like Hearns, Wilfred Benitez, Pacquiao and JMM, etc. The tier above would be Duran, Ali, Robinson, Langford.

Usyk is like a bigger Lomachenko imo, but if anyone disagrees, I won't argue coz I don't have time to debate, to be able to defeat both Fury and AJ twice, proves how good he is, and if the Dubois rematch ever happens, he will beat him again but this time, Dubois won't have a chance to quit coz he will be put to sleep.
