Nice your connecting with him.. I use to trap around Mille Lacs lake.. Otters gray fox fisher Beaver mink muskrat.. I was young but miss doing it.. Even trapped those lil weasels

Still making potable water,house water & small split for this warm spell & stoking hell out of house with rest of the firewood. With what's happen so far this winter, I'm sure there will be more high winds,brute cold & hard snow falls,been through this here before in w.n.y. A 1977 blizzard survivor myself. Great video guys, Happy New Year. Deep snow,cold makes exceptionally hungry fox,coyotes & bobcats. Time for a deep snow bait sets for predators video. Man do they take bait in these conditions. Get those post holes in the snow banks & fill with taint muskrat, or taint anything,cover with wax paper & bed the biggest legal 4 coil ice breaker in there you can for when the slam into it digging with their feet. Just sift snow over top.

No skill in setting at the beaver lodge entrance......how else are they going to leave? I have trapped for many years in Michigan so I'm not against harvesting animals, just give them a chance and when you connect it proves your woodsmanship. How many kits does 330maniac catch every year? Only place he knows where to make sets.....laughable.
With the over population of beavers in Minnesota take them all out. Cause there isn't enough trappers to keep the numbers in check in that state. I know that for a fact cause I lived in that state for 40 years and trapped it for 20 years.
