Hello, nice demonstration of screen printing. What is mesh size used here? How much is viscosity required? Do you have any video showing printing of 1x1 cm or 2x2 cm area?
This is interesting. But, I want to ask something, 1. In the screen printing for electronics, is there any emultion and sensitizer that we must use? 2. If the answer yes, what kind emultion and sentizer that used for electronics screen printing? Is that the same with emultion and sensitizer that usually used for t-shirt screen printing? Thank you.
Yes, you have to use capillary film instead of emulsion. Using just emulsion will not give the thickness that is essential for printing of electronics. Thank you. 👍
I need to make interdigitated silver electrodes by screen printing. I meed more information about it. Please share your contact details so that I can make it for my research work . Thank you
This is so cool!!! ❤🎉

Is this process suitable for making micro electrodes in Microfluidic devices made of flexible sheets
can you tell me where to get this machine for my lab at IIT Kharagpur.
please share it with me also..we also need it for our lab
How conductive ink made up of?
