Printed Flexible Heater controlled with mobile
At G Labs Innovations we are focused on Printed Electronics and it's applications. Printed electronics is a set of printing methods used to create electrical devices on various substrates. The special type of inks are used for the fabrication of devices and various printing methods are used. One such method "Screen Printing" is shown in this video.

List of Functional Inks developed at G Labs
1. Silver-based Conductive ink
This ink is used for printing flexible circuits, Interdigitated Electrodes, Bio-Electrodes, on paper, PET and other substrates.
2. Carbon-based Resistive Ink
This ink is used for printing resistance patches on circuits, for printing flexible heaters, Force Sensitive Resistors, etc.
3. Gas and Humidity Sensing Ink
This ink is used for fabrication of Humidity sensors and Gas sensors.
List of Devices and Products developed at G Labs
1. Bookmarker Lamp.
A bookmarker that can be used as a lamp.
2. Force Sensitive Resistors
Used in force-sensing applications and Pressure sensing insoles.
3. Customizable Electrodes
Interdigitated Electrodes, Bio Electrodes used in various research applications.
4. Flexible Heater Patches
This flexible Heater Patch can be used for local heat therapy and as it is very thin it can be kept inside the cloths.
5. Thermal Jackets.
These Jackets are installed with flexible heaters and controller circuit to maintain the desired temperature.

Hello, nice demonstration of screen printing. What is mesh size used here? How much is viscosity required? Do you have any video showing printing of 1x1 cm or 2x2 cm area?

This is interesting. But, I want to ask something, 1. In the screen printing for electronics, is there any emultion and sensitizer that we must use? 2. If the answer yes, what kind emultion and sentizer that used for electronics screen printing? Is that the same with emultion and sensitizer that usually used for t-shirt screen printing? Thank you.

Yes, you have to use capillary film instead of emulsion. Using just emulsion will not give the thickness that is essential for printing of electronics. Thank you. 👍
