  • Thank you everyone for 400 subscribers!! For reaching to 400 subscribers, I thought I would upload a very special truck that I’ve been wanting to film for awhile, a Mack LE Wittke Crocodile!! Last Friday, I went to San Diego again and try to find one of their crocodiles for the second time and this time I actually got to film one, with a recognizable driver that was previously filmed on the same route, by Pacific Coast Garbage Trucks.
Onto the truck, when I was looking for a crocodile in Santee and went to the first neighborhood and BAM, this was on the cul de sac! When I was about to film, I heard it had a very nice air brakes that I haven’t heard a long time. I’m surprised that they’re still running them and still sounded pretty well. Liked it had that nice burning LNG smell.
This is also one my favorite combos that they bought and I remember in Long Beach when they used to have one too. Really wished they kept the original grippers, since I liked those big grippers instead of swapping them with Labrie grippers. I still really liked the automated full ejected design, It reminds me of the McNeilus AFE, but with a cool feature that I really liked is when it shakes the cart while dumping. I also like when it still has the “Breathe Easy” on the tailgate, even if it’s faded a little, but still nice seeing that.
Other than that though, it was a pretty fun truck that I filmed and one of my favorites as well too. I also put a few pictures of the truck I caught while was filming and with 101455 at the yard. The last three pictures, was the first time I went to the yard and spotted two Mack LE, which was 101455 and 101446! Thanks again for 400 subscribers, let’s see if we can make it to 500 subscribers, hopefully you enjoy it!
Thanks to the driver for letting me film.
Be sure to check out Antelope Valley Refuse and Amrep dude499.
To the people of WM, my videos aren’t meant for drivers to get into trouble, they’re for entertainment only.

Damn, kid is uploading a 25 minute video 😂😂! Gosh are these just amazing. I still remember the days these Macks made up most of the California fleets and now it's basically a slim to none chance of finding one that does an actual route without being a spare. I wish the driver revved it a little more and whipped the lids open like how these are known to do lmao. Definitely such a great video to bring back the Mack memories I have. Funny how most lids have holes in them. I guess they take a beating when an Amrep slams the lid.

Lol, had to get much footage as I can with this one and they are amazing! Same here, I definitely have memories of these trucks, I remember there used to be a lot of Macks here in SoCal and the ones I grew up with and made me started following It, but now they’re numbers are dropping and being replaced with peterbilts and autocars and just a slight chance of finding one. Same here, wish he operated a a little bit more violent, but I’ll still take it, even though it’s a Mack. I’m pretty sure this route is done by an Amrep with all of those lids cracked.

Thank you and it does, but those are labrie grippers, they’re kind of look like new way grippers, but both identical. Thanks again!

Awesome video! This truck is sure a classic! Definitely is getting harder to find these, but man, these trucks sound awesome, and I like the arm. Those big grippers were better than the Labrie ones. Loved the driver's operating style, the lid flips was great and the revving was nice! Congrats on 400 subs, keep up the great work man!

Thank you and definitely is a classic and the ones I grew up with! They’re getting a bit hard and definitely has an awesome sound. Same here, I liked those big grippers more than the labrie ones they have right now. I liked his operating style too, it was a little slow, but I still liked it and has some nice revs too. Thanks again!
