The cebu blue is more of a climber. It needs a pole and it will fenestrate also. Yes, you will get gaps in growth if the cebu gets lower light. The neon needs higher light to spark faster growth.
I thought it was just my neon pothos that was so slow. probably not a fast grower. I like this kind of video, seeing the growth in a year. thank you for posting.
A few things, I find the neon pothos grows faster than the others. I have it next to a south facing window. My siltepecana I had it as a 1 leaf cutting in a prop box, it's still in the box with 4 extra leaves - I've had it for over a year. The adansonii does not like to be near a sunny window. The leaves will burn. It is also a heavy feeder. Good luck.
My first two Adensonii plants died, took me a sec to figure them out, my third one is 3 feet tall 2 feet wide now on a moss pole, doing really well. I only water the pole, I believe I overwatered the first 2
All aroids that are climbing that you let trail the leaves will only get smaller the further the vines get away from the medium. The reason this happens is quite simple, the aerial roots further down the vine have nothing to cling to and grow into to produce a larger rootbase. Basically if your not growing up a moss pole the leaves will never size up or mature and will only get smaller the longer the vine gets.

Thank you ☺ Nice to know it's not just my neon pothos that's slow haha
Love to see the difference in one year! My neon pothos is a slow grower too, even though it has a lot of light and everything, still love it though 🦥🪴
The adasonii doesn't hate me just my house. It thrives for me while I have it outside

Interesting! Thanks for sharing
🙂
I love the staghorn fern...it's on my wish list!
My cebu was doing the same,I fed it more, now it's ok
Give the Brazil a trellis or a mospole to grow up, not hanging
Check out the hanging vines and teain them up. Leaves will be bigger
Neon pothos grows fast in direct light. Cebu blue may grow better on a pole. I have both.
Beautiful collection. That last one is something I never seen before and it’s beautiful. Tfs. 😊
Thank you ☺ You mean the staghorn fern (platycerium bifurcatum)? It's a common and pretty easy plant
Try to put the adansonii in 100% humidity. I put my trouble maker plants in ziploc bags and they do better.
Love the collection! I'm also not a fan of crawling philodendron so one say pass it to someone that likes them more.
Thank you ☺
Very nice collection. I'm with you about moss prop and roots, I've switched to perlite and never looked back. Happy growing🪴
Thank you ☺
Nice collection.
Thanks ☺

Give the Brazil a trelis
Used pin it's will better.
Don't get rid of the gloriosum, poor thing :(
I've decided to keep it for now, though I've chopped the affected leaves. Hopefully it goes well from here on out 🙏

That makes total sense! Thanks for pointing that out
