I am living in Germany, have an MBA HRM degree and have now learnt another profession '' Office Management'' in German language and now I work as HR Administrator Compensation Management. I understood this definition during the office management course. Here in our company, we work according to this definition. Asian countries take these things lightly. We think that HR is just a CV and recruiting '' well said ''
The safety measurement is the most important point here in Germany Otherwise you have to pay fines and may be suspensions or you literally have to go to court. There is a trade union that stands behind you for your job safety.

Introduce your research (choo se a research topic of your interest, state the sample you will choose to collect data and briefly explain the procedure of your research) 5 marks 👉2.Design an informed consent form for your participants to seek their approval to participate in research by keeping in mind the basic elements of informed consent.
