Welcome to Satkriti Saatvik, a food technology startup. We combine ancient wisdom and modern technology to give you unparalleled nutritious, hygienic, tasty and holistic food.
We use SPNF (Subhash Palekar's Natural Farming) or organic ingredients. The extensive list includes rice, dosa rice, spices, organically refined wheat flour, jaggery, unrefined sugar, cold pressed oil, vegetables, turmeric, natural vinegar and Himalayan Rock salt.
We do not use refined oil, commodity refined wheat flour, refined sugar, artificial essences or synthetic colours in our restaurant. We also do not use materials like Melamine, Plastic, Non-stick cookware, Painted metal crockery etc., as they are known Carcinogens. Hot and sour foods tend to have leached plastic in them when cooked/served with such materials. Consumption of such foods may cause cancer.
We use glass, porcelain, stainless steel crockery and cutlery, which are safe as they are non-reactive.
We cook the food untouched by hand. We strive to retain the Prana (life force in a plant which aids our Prana) in the food that we cook.
Any food cooked over 180°C does not have much Prana or Satva left in it. With the aid of the latest technologies in cooking, we achieve the goal of retaining the Prana or Satva in the food that we cook. The video playing on the restaurant TV shows how we employ Steam-Hot Air Oven (not microwave) instead of conventional LPG based cooking processes.

It would have been better ,if the cost of food (taken) included in the video. After all ,every thing is based on finance and cost effectiveness.
Correct address and phone No.of the Hotel should have been given instead of how he went to the Hotel. Whether it is in 8th Block or 5th Bl. like that!.
Next to National College, 7th Bl.JNR - Hotel owner has informed that is good.That fellow should have said this instead of talking dancing to a little extent. It will be to his left I think not right from RV Road Metro.

The very nice vlog about satvik food ends with a very bad taste in one's mouth when we see you two eating ice cream from the same plate. You could and should have avoided this.
