  • My first time out to Pigeon Roost Trail in Hobbs State Park in N.W. AR.
Great trail made up of an 8 mile loop with a 4 mile loop stacked inside it.
It offers 5 primitive campsites and some great views of Beaver Lake.
Moderate difficulty with a few ups and downs but mostly ridge line.

Another high quality video. I live a few miles from the trailhead, and am on this trail frequently for conditioning. The campsites get infrequent use, and the trail itself is often empty. Thanks for your efforts Pete.

It has become my "go to" place when I only have time for a quick overnighter during the week. I rarely see anyone there and it is such a nicely designed trail that it is a pleasure to hike.
