U should color match terry’s grile go with the 2 tone look green that’s close to the green on terry and black to go with the balistics
It’s comin together nice, it’s crazy how the smallest of mods to a vehicle make it look that much better
Personally, I always love blacked out lights on a truck, but this is the first truck that I think clears are the only option!

My driver's side did the same thing, comma when. I put it back together? I put a little grease on the tab. Now when I take it off it comes off easily

Definitely looks much better. I've upgraded all of the lights in my F-150 to led and replaced the headlight, corner light, and fog light housings. Definitely makes the truck look much newer. The brightness of the blinker lights after installing the LED's did amaze me as well. As for switching to black headlights, I'd stay with the clear.
Lasfit bulbs are amazing, they’re turn signal bulbs are literally brighter than the sun itself. Their switchback fog lights are awesome. Their highbeams are also amazing,

going to the same thing right now on my '00 . Waiting on a resistor kit, the cover for my corner light came off as well
I put some lasfit cargo lights and reverse lights on my 4th gen Cummins and I love them

Last year when I won the switch backs for my f150 I put them in and I was amazed at how blinding they are lol.
Get some chrome rims for the tundra please it would look so good

Just get some headlight tint from Amazon they make wraps for them self adhesive. Not hard to install at all and they make a variety of colors
Now just needs tint and I wanna see the 24s and 33s on tarry. Idk how the black lights would look but would be cool to see em. Keep up the vids

As soon as I heard las fit I was like HELL YEAH cuz I wanna do las fit on my tundra but idk if the canbus switch back will work cuz it said fits MOST vehicles

For the LED lights get a new flasher. That’s what I had to get for my truck and it gets rid of the hyper flash
For the turn signal u always pull the bottom first then wiggle it out of the top part
My Tacoma had those lasfit lights in it when I bought it , the high beams recently quit working I bought cheap leds on Amazon and wish I would have just bought the lasfit instead . They are superior in brightness especially driving to work at 4am in deer country

I got the same led headlamps as you, did you leave the housing dustcover off? I dont dare to because of rain but the dustcover doesnt fit around the led fan.
All this truck needs now is a ton of wet sanding and a good detail.

Make sure you cut the rubber to fit the new led if you don’t dirt will get inside
It is a pain to find aftermarket parts for the access cab for some reason the four door has all the good stuff, definitely getting clears for my 06 they look great.

I 100% agree with your struggle with those turn signals. I recently retrofitted projectors into my headlight housings (definitely recommended with HID/LEDs) and I fought with those turn signals for at least 20min on each side. It's a horrible design.

What all are your plans on this? I have a 06 that i changed out all the lights etc and makes it much better. Getting ready to have to front suspension. 140k miles on it and lower/upper ball joints, calipers, brakes and u-joint are shot.

Who cares if these aren't good looking? They're trucks! These 1st gen Tundras are made for that! Made for just beating up on the road and dirt when hauling. Nothing else to it.
