Although your coverage of these horrific stories is admirable, we rarely if ever get information about the attackers that would be helpful to know. Why is that?
Public health crisis? Bullshiggity!!!! Momma got 11 kids not all by the same daddy and no man in the house. I know someone close to the case. It's a moral crisis, not a public health one.. Momma can't keep her legs closed to various men, the daddy doesn't stick around and be a father to what he's responsible for.
I wouldn't recommend intervention in the life of a sketchy teen with a shaky hand holding a gun. There are so many things that have already gone wrong for that situation to present itself. A little counseling will not reroute a careening soul. By the time someone is a gun toting teen, reprogramming is difficult, almost hopeless. There are few shared norms on which to meet such a lost soul. You are trying to explain complexity to the confused and angry person who likely has little ability to learn. He/she was essentially ruined by real or non-existent parents.
I will say this delivery apps give people permission to go in areas they might haven't know about so becareful with using delivery apps in a high income earners area
I will never understand why and how Parents allow their kids to mingle with others in certain areas. I understand it isn't the City, but it is the mindset of the City. If the rich of Potomac are so worried about response time of police, put their money together and build a SUBSTATION for them. Right in the Falls Rd./ River Rd Area. Have the Avenel golf course donate land for the substation, they depend on the police yearly for their tournament. Bullis school could be another doner of land for substation. Our officials are always spouting off about COMMUNITY POLICING, then put the police in their community.
Before free health insurance, getting in a fight was very expensive. I was jumped when I 1st turned 18. I got stitches, and I didn't have health insurance. I had to pay for that hospital bill before I could buy a car. I started looking for a job with health insurance asap. I worked extremely hard and put a maximum effort into finding that career. Free health insurance is a terrible idea. If I had free health insurance, maybe I would have gone back after the people who jumped me. People who live an unhealthy lifestyle put that pressure on people who live a healthy lifestyle! I'm disabled now, and because of this dumpster fire free health care, I lost my entire life's work. Believe what you want because nothing is going to change for me now. I hope nothing changes so more people have to suffer the same as I was forced to!
What and who are his constituents. There is a waste of money on camera, wasted time on violating persons 2nd amendment rights, and still have the same thing labeled as worst. One thing is clear about all situations. The families of person involved are at or below the medium income level (which is $250,000 yr). And that's the only issue (number needs to be adjusted for inflation).

This is crazy … my condolences to the families who’ve lost their loved ones.. and the poor dog ..🐕 I hope the family helps pay for the vet bills .

Rec centers are dangerous because young ppl are there. We've had a few killings in metro Detroit outside rec centers.
