iri hari tengok kerancakan pembangunan di Penang dengan macam2 projek yang boleh dinikmati oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Tak lama lagi jaringan LRT pun akan dimulakan. tinggi potensi Penang untuk menjadi tempat tumpuan pelancongan di Malaysia
Tak perlu iri hati, sebernarnya seluruh Malaysia dan setiap negeri berpotentsi membangun bersama sama. Yang penting seluruh lapisan masyarakat mempunyai matlamat yang sama utk rajin berkerjasama membangunkan negara tanpa mengira agama dan bangsa.
Smua ngri dlm ngra kita ni,ade projek...x kira dh projek..Smpai yg tbengkalai pun ade..x tmasuk lg yg tgh rancang nk buat...tpulang pada negeri lh nnti samada pndai manage atau tidak...
P.Pinang ni mmg tumpuan pelancongan di Malaysia, malah dlm ranking dunia tempat yg sesuai utk bersara

back in 2009 i was walking alone at gurney drive that was the first time i discovered gurney drive when i was walking i was looking around and wondering if there was a public park or something must be nicer like water park or anything closer. few years after that, this started unbelievable

When you have a good governance this what you get.....Tata kelola kerajaan yg berkerja dan berusaha untuk Negeri dan Rakyat.... Alhamdulillah...

Just 3months not in Penang,l really miss the place where l get up every morning and look at the sea, the feeling to be in Penang is totally different from being in KL, cause here everything is so far and so damn expensive triple prize than Penang, So Penang will be totally in a new look in the coming years👌

Rasanya kt Andaman Island akan ada building yg lebih unic n classy. Harap akn ada glassy building coz Andaman Island will be the new CBD of Penang. Gurney Bay(new name 4 Gurney Wharf) will be like Garden by the Bay Singapore perhap in the future.

I recommend you to delay your Penang trip and visit after July. Because next month Penang going to launch gurney bay phase 1, and new ferry.
Just not sure whether they launch it at 7.7 Penang heritage day or after state election...

@@DaudJusoff-pg4mjall the structural reforms that make Penang what it is today happened during LGE time... He's not the most innocent but at least he had a vision of what Penang will look like and executed it and now the fruits are there for everyone to see... Give credit where credit is due...
Why johor now no ending mega project a billion dollar in coming soon johor not under DAP in this case every state can be develope if the state resources in good planning and funding by federal government.
Hope PAS will not take over Penang..

looks like penang is going to be a more developed city something like in johor bahru. let's hope that the penang's transport master plan including the upcoming LRT line from the airport into Gurney Drive and Tanjung Bungah will be carried out as soon as possible.

Dah ada bangunkan melebehi 150 dan 200 metrs keatas arab tanjong tok kong dah banyak dan terlindung di bawah lembah di tanjong bunga semua dari 42 storey sampai 50 storey yng terbaru patriot resdency56 storey picc at bayan baru dua block dgn 56 dan 52 storey yng 30 dan 40 storey dah x terbilang so rajin2 survey di pulau dan mainland.

Everything in the plan for progress is brilliant and fantastic !!! BUT please put some serious thoughts and consideration for the exasperating traffic jam. I was born in Penang and well aware of the beautiful Penang island but when I come back with my family for my usual retreat at our home in Batu Ferringhi, it just makes my blood boil to crawl along the ridiculous traffic madness make worse further by the unchanged old habit of Penang residents in their care less attitude of slow leisure driving on the fast lane or any part of the road.
Need to think logically, why traffic jam in Penang island? With the inflow of cars from other states will definitely bottleneck the island as it's the second smallest state in Malaysia.
Even Singapore won't survive this if there's no limit of Malaysia cars go in.

Penang currently the highest state in terms of export revenue and highest tax contributor in the country. Penang also just launched their self design, self made, and self assembly artificial satellite a month ago.
Looking forward what will penang looks like in 2030.
